My Background

My heart has always belonged to health and wellness. I became a personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2011,up until 2017. I actually love to lift heavy things. I did not realize you could do it too much and add to weight issues. 


So, I went to school for Holistic Nutrition and ended up studying hypnotherapy and became a certified hypnotherapist. If you do not know about the power of your mind and how it affects health, you will learn here. It is one of the most powerful tools I offer. 

I lifted weights, ate what I thought was healthy and suffered obesity, IBS, high blood pressure, depression, eczema, carpal tunnel syndrome, acne, and fatigue. It wasn't until January 2018 that I found the answer and got off of blood pressure meds after 20+ years. I did not need surgery for my carpal tunnel syndrome. Acne vanished and so did the brain fog and depression. I had energy and felt like I could fly. My eczema and IBS took the longest to heal of all of my ailments. You will learn more about food intolerance and how to know which foods work best with your body type.

You can see in my pics here, my wedding dress is too big for me now. I was married in 2006 and this was taken in 2019. I am also learning to ride a Harley, something I never would have done at 251 pounds.

I have been on every diet there is and always came back to the more primal way of eating. I also understand that what works for me, may not work for you so we have to get to the root of what works and creates an optimal environment for your genes. You are unlike any other person on earth. 

I am in school at Primal Health Coach Institute as of right now. Just when I thought I couldn't learn any more, I am learning MORE. I will always be a student of life. I know in my heart that this is the right place for me. I also know that you do not have to suffer just because you are growing older. You have a choice to live a long healthy life. The choice is yours. I am here to help guide you. 

Why Primal?

For me, it is the only thing that has ever worked. I feel healthier at 47 than I did at 22. I actually feel 22 now and felt 47 back then.

You will be shocked to hear I will not make you exercise in a way that will make you curse my existence. It is 80% nutrition and some functional movement. You get to help choose your movement. It has to be a lifestyle change. 

You will NOT be counting calories and starving yourself. You will eat well. You will eat things you love and things that make you thrive.
